Enjoy early-season harvests of delicious, jumbo-sized berries with Natchez Blackberry Plants, a premium thornless variety bred for high yields, firm texture, and bold flavor. Natchez begins producing extra-large, glossy black fruit in early summer—making it one of the earliest blackberries to ripen.

These canes are vigorous yet easy to train, growing in a semi-erect habit that benefits from light support. The berries are known for their long shape, sweet taste, and excellent storage quality, making them ideal for fresh use, baking, and freezing.

Natchez thrives in USDA Zones 6–9, performing well in warm regions while also offering moderate cold hardiness. Shipped as 1-year-old bare root plants, they are dormant and ready to plant in spring or fall for quick establishment and reliable fruiting for years to come.

Planting & Growing Instructions:
USDA Zones: 6–9
Sunlight: Full sun (6–8 hours/day)

Watering: 1–1.5 inches of water per week, especially during fruiting

Harvest Time:
Early summer (typically June)
